Lori’s Amazing Maids offers various levels of cleaning to fit your needs. Our professionals will do the job right the first time through. Our entire approach to cleaning is centered on being thorough and using a top-to-bottom / ceiling-to-floor technique.

To determine the cost of services you require, we must establish what your particular needs are for your cleaning job. Factors include

• What is the time frame the job has to be completed in?

• How many rooms have to be cleaned?

• What size are the rooms being cleaned?

• Are there obstacles/ objects that must be moved to clean as desired?

• How long will it take to work around or move objects or obstacles safely?

General Cleaning Standards

    • Cabinet fronts washed or dusted

    • Hood above stove cleaned

    • Counter tops and back splash cleaned and disinfected

    • Items from counter removed, cleaned, and replaced

    • Small appliances wiped and put back

    • Microwave cleaned inside and out

    • Exterior of appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top) cleaned.

    • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected, dried to a shine.

    • Windowsills cleaned.

    • Furniture wiped (chairs, tables)

    • All light fixtures cleaned

    • Trash emptied

    • Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door frames and light switch plates.

    • Baseboards wiped and cobwebs removed

    • Floors vacuumed, edged, washed
